  • 1 Bowl Long Grain Rice
  • 2 Tablespoon Clarified Butter(Ghee)
  • 6 Pieces Paneer (Cut in cubes)
  • 4 Pieces Cashews (Kaju)
  • 4 Pieces Raisins( Dried Grapes)
  • 2 Pieces Green Chili (Slit)
  • 4 Pieces Curry Leaf
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • Table Salt (According to taste)
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Cumin (Jeera or Jira)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

Method of Preparation

Melt clarified butter (ghee) in a non-stick pan. When ghee heats up, add cumin seed, green chilli, curry leaves, garam masala, rice, salt, paneer, cashew, raisins, coriander leaf and serve immediately.
