Corn Dosa

You must have tried normal dosa or jaggery dosa but I am sure, you haven't tried this variety of dosa, prepared using corn kernel, gram flour (besan) making it scrumptious and healthy too.

Main Ingredient(s): Gram Flour(Besan), Corn Kernels


  • 1 Cup Corn Kernels
  • 5 Tablespoon Gram Flour(Besan)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon green chilli Paste
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaf (Finely Chopped)
  • Oil (For Cooking)
  • Table Salt (According to taste)

Original recipe makes 4 Servings


Method of Preparation

Step 1

Grind corn kernel to fine paste and keep aside in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix corn paste and rest all ingredients, adding enough water and preparing the batter of perfect consistency.

Step 3

Heat up a non-stick pan. When pan heats up, add a ladle filled with batter in circular form.

Step 4

When half-cooked from one side, pour oil from sides. When cooked from both the sides, using flat wooden ladle, flip the dosa and serve immediately.
