Coconut Ladoo

Easily prepared sweet disg, with combination of grated coconut, condensed milk and nuts.

Main Ingredient(s): Coconut (Khopra), Condensed Milk


  • 200 Gram Condensed Milk
  • A Pinch Cardamom( Ilaichi)
  • 0.5 Cup Condensed Milk
  • Pistachio Nuts (Roasted)
  • 2 Tablespoon Coconut (Khopra) (Grated)

Original recipe makes 18 Servings


Method of Preparation

Step 1

Take desiccated coconut in a bowl, in case its too coarse then blend it well and keep aside.

Step 2

In the blended coconut, mix condensed milk and mix well.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick wok, when it heats up, add blended coconut-condensed milk and cook till it turn, brown. While sauteing, add cardamom and nuts and mix well.

Step 4

Switch off the flame and take down the wok and let the mixture cool down, then give it round ball shape.

Step 5

Serve or store in air tight container and enjoy for days.
