  • 4 Medium Pav
  • 1 Big Onion(pyaaz) (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Capsicum(shimla mirch)
  • 2 Medium Tomato
  • 2 Pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilies
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 2 Drop Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Table Salt (According to taste)
  • 3 Tablespoon Butter

Original recipe makes 2 Servings


Method of Preparation

Step 1

Place a wide pan on flame. When it heats up, melt butter in it and heat it.

Step 2

When butter heats up, add chopped onion, garlic and saute for a while, till it turn golden brown.

Step 3

Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till it mashes.

Step 4

Add the capsicum pieces, salt, kashmiri chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.

Step 5

Add 2-3 tbsp of water and cook for few minutes till a tasty masala is ready.

Step 6

Add few drops of lemon juice, coriander leaves and switch off.

Step 7

Take the pav bun and slice and uniformly spread pav masala.

Step 8

In the same pan, heat up butter and place the filled bun on it and toast from both the side and serve it.
